If you didn’t love your purchase and are ready to return an item, we’re here to help.

Please know all returns must have originally been ordered on embeba.com and:
- Be made within 60 days of original order date
- Be shipped within the US

To start a return, send us a note at hello@embeba.com with your name, order number and copy of packing slip. Our team will assist you directly!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once you are ready to ship, please remember to include the original packing slip in your return. After it’s received and processed, EmBeba will refund the price of your items, minus shipping and handling charges.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for credit to appear on your statement or original form of payment. If not, give us a shout!

(PS: Customers may only receive one refund per month. Our team kindly monitors return activity and reserve the right to limit returns.)
